Why work doesn’t get done at work

A very interesting take on things.

I agree with a great deal of it, specifically the part about minimizing meetings and interruptions.  I believe in one “group” meeting per week max (usually Tuesday mornings) and then any other meetings as required attended by only the people that have to be there.
